My research focuses on applying experimental methods, both laboratory and field experiments, to study labor economics. I primarily explore the economic consequences of discrimination in the labor market. My research explores discrimination against many different marginalized communities. I have work that studies discrimination against:

  • LGBT Americans
  • Workers over the age of 40
  • Women in STEM fields
